You will need to click on the icon that says "take course" to load the course view

It may be because your device has cached an old view of the pages and a system update was done.
To test if this is the issue on your device take these 2 actions:
1. Log out and back in again to refresh the view
2. If the page still doesn’t load then open the portal url into an incognito tab and login. If it loads fine, you’ll know you need to clear the cache on your regular browser tab. You can Google instruction by searching for instructions specific to which browser you are using.
Sometimes browser extensions can interfere or if the page doesn't have full permissions in your browser it can lead to playback issues. To troubleshoot
1: Log out and back in
2: Try logging in using an incognito tag - if the video plays fine then you need to clear the cache and make sure the page has full permissions - Google will have instructions for your specific browser.
3: You can try logging in on a different device.
Go to the portal login page below that says "Log in here to access your content" and click on "Forgot Password?". Then you will receive instructions to set/reset it.
